An Introduction
David Irons grew up in Braintree, MA and has spent most his life reading, skiing, playing games, and studying all sorts of old things. His time working at a variety of residential summer camps instilled a love of teaching in him that has not abated, even when he has stepped away from the classroom. After earning his degree in Classical & Medieval Studies from Bates College, he soon traveled to London to earn his Masters in Classics from King’s College London. Following a restless few years in which he lived in 8 cities in 5 years, he finally settled down in Cleveland, Ohio for seven years before returning to the Northeast with his wife and dog in 2022. Living in Nashua surrounded by books, games, and his woodworking tools, he can often be found watching baseball and soccer and being eternally disappointed in his chosen teams.
