About the Role

Nature's Pathways, the early childhood education program at 2nd Nature Academy, is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and outdoor-loving Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Infant/Young Toddler Teacher!
In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional classroom learning and nature-based exploration. You will provide quality, hands-on learning experiences on an idyllic campus that boasts farms, fields, and forests.

Responsibilities & Duties
Nurture & Teach: Provide high-quality, nurturing care and hands-on early learning experiences.
Embrace Nature: Actively engage with children in outdoor, nature-based activities as well as in a vibrant classroom setting.
Partner with Families: Work collaboratively to maintain consistent, positive written and verbal communication with families.
Maintain a Safe Space: Help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of your classroom and the broader center.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications
Core Skills: Strong communication skills and a propensity to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
Experience: Experience working with young children is preferred.
Education: ECE coursework is preferred.
Certifications: CPR Certification is preferred (willingness to obtain).
