This is a community event and fundraiser, that relies on donations and sales. While entry is free of charge, all sales are CASH ONLY.

All proceeds from the following activities return to SNACC for future community events and special class events:

• Games & crafts access (unlimited): $5 per child (wristband)

• Concession sales: $5-$10 per person (meal)

• Baked goods: $1-5 per item

All proceeds from SNA Thrift Shop sales will be donated to a local mental health non-profit (TBA).

• Apparel item: $5-$10

All ages are invited to dress in costume, or to simply dress their best for the "Fiercesome" Fashion Runway!

If in costume, please be mindful and avoid adult themes and/or violent costumes, as this is a mixed-age event where young children will be present.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase, including:

• hot dogs

• nachos

• popcorn & potato chips

• soft drinks, juice, & water

• mulled cider (non-alcoholic)

• bake sale (sign up >>)

All proceeds benefit SNACC.

Please note all following areas will be strictly off-limits during the event:

• playgrounds,

• trails,

• Pathways building,

• Administrative building,

• Academy classrooms*.

*The Academy building will be accessible for restroom use only.

Parking will be available on campus. For the safety of all community members, all drivers must observe all traffic signs and follow volunteer instructions.

This is an exclusively outdoor event. However, the Academy building restrooms will be available for use.

Please bring travel changing items for diapered children.

Aside from cash to play games and purchase food, we recommend the following items:

• a picnic blanket (optional),

• stroller for infants/toddlers,

• diaper bag (as needed),

• bugspray & sunscreen.
