The school year’s tuition payments are divided into six equal installments. Days in session vary each year.

• Tuition covers the cost of school days in session.

• Tuition does not cover vacation days, snow days, before and after school care, or holidays.

• You may sign up for optional programs which are provided on SNA campus (such before/after and/or full-time care to cover school closures) for an additional cost.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for payment of the entire tuition unless the contract is canceled, in writing, before May 1st of the preceding school year.

The following is a schedule for tuition payments throughout the year:

At the time of enrollment, the following non-refundable payment must be rendered to ensure your student’s spot:

• registration fee,

• a deposit equal to one tuition installment

• and an annual materials fee.

The remaining five (5) equal tuition installments are due on:

1. August 15

2. September 15

3. October 15

4. November 15

5. December 15

Yes, we offer "Full Care" at an additional annual fee for students in the lower and middle schools (K-8). Please inquire for rates.

Standard Tuition only covers the hours/days in class.

Full Care Tuition includes the hours/days in class (Standard Tuition) plus the following school year amenities/services:

• extended day care (before/after school and early release days),

• snow day care (when child care remains open),

• vacation week care (December, February, April),

• and nutritious lunches prepared on-site daily by an experienced chef.

2nd Nature Academy collects a materials fee to cover educational and curriculum materials for learning including books, workbooks, paper, journals, art supplies, Internet access, computer ink, educational online subscriptions, etc. Occasionally, special projects will require inexpensive materials from home. In addition, supplementary materials, such as Scholastic News Magazines, may be offered for a nominal fee. Parents/guardians will be held responsible for the cost of replacing school supplies damaged through deliberate neglect, misuse, or purposeful destruction by their student.

Additional notes by program:

• Lower School (K-5): The materials fee for elementary school students also covers general classroom supplies, educational tools, and other classroom consumables.

• Upper School (6-12): Parents/guardians of middle and high school students are responsible for providing individual consumable school supplies including, but not limited to pencils, pens, crayons, markers, erasers, binders, rulers, glue sticks, etc. Teachers will provide a list of school supplies that parents/guardians are required to purchase.

2nd Nature Academy (SNA) strongly encourages all families enroll in one of the two options listed here, to avoid missing payments and incurring late fees:

1. Your bank's free bill-pay service – Many banks allow you to set up automatic recurring bill pay through your online account. To set this up:

   • You only need our mailing address, not an account number: 2nd Nature Academy (SNA), 10 Groton Road, Nashua, NH, 03062

   • Please ensure:

     • your child(ren)'s name(s) are written in the memo field and

     • payment is sent to us prior to the 15th of each month.

2. ACH withdrawal – This service is available to withdraw from your checking account, savings account, or via credit card, once you have submitted a completed Authorization Form to 2nd Nature Academy (SNA). Tuition Express withdrawals are made on the 15th of each month, or the next business day following a weekend or holiday.

   • Credit card payments: 3% processing fee per transaction

   • Checking/Savings account withdrawal: $1 flat fee per transaction

You may also pay tuition installments via:

• cash,

• checks made payable to 2nd Nature Academy (SNA) (a $40.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks),

• or credit card through https://www.myprocare.com/CentralLogin.

All fees and deposits are non-refundable. There are no reductions or refunds for absences, vacations, or withdrawals.
