SNA’s Director of Admissions, Kaitlin Quinn-Stearns, has been a part of the SNA community for almost eight years. Among her many roles during this time, she has worked as an educator, coach, Director of Admissions and Retention, Director of Curriculum Design, and Assistant Head of School, and she continues to play a major role in helping the school grow while also teaching and supporting students. Mrs. Quinn-Stearns earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education and a Master’s degree in the Arts of Teaching History. She is licensed to teach in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and she has even completed leadership coursework at Harvard University.

She began her teaching career in the Massachusetts public school system in the early 2000s before joining SNA in 2018. In addition to leading the Admissions department, she teaches history classes and runs the AP Capstone program for high school students. She also helps seniors with college and career planning, supports student government, and she has helped grow the school’s athletic program. Her work allows her to connect with students both inside and outside the classroom.
Looking ahead, she hopes to see SNA continue to grow over the next ten years while still keeping its strong sense of community. She would like to see more students stay through high school and feel confident that they are not missing out on opportunities offered at larger schools. Plans for campus expansion, additional sports teams, and travel experiences are a part of her vision. She also hopes to expand the high school athletics program and create more opportunities for students to get involved. At the same time, she wants SNA to stay true to its core belief that every student's path is different. Her goal is for SNA to be a place where students feel supported, challenged, and excited about their future.
