Día de los Muertos
Día de los Muertos , or Day of the Dead, is a holiday where friends and families come together to celebrate loved ones who have passed away. This holiday originated in Mexico and is traditionally celebrated from November 1st to November 2nd. Ofrendas, or altars consisting of photographs and other mementos, are assembled in people’s homes to remember their loved ones who have died.
